Each year, the Department will be publishing its fee schedule by March 1 for fees that will become effective on July 1 of the same year.
The licensing schedule for fees that will be effective on July 1, 2025 is linked below. For fees effective until June 30, 2025, please consult the applicable health facility licensing regulation in 6 CCR 1011-1.
To accommodate the variety of health facilities and agencies licensed by the Department, the Department has created facility-specific fee schedules in addition to a general schedule that contains the fees that apply to all facility and agency types.
The department has released the statutorily required health facility fee schedule on the Division of Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services website. Health facilities and agencies can access the updated fee schedule, which outlines fees effective July 1, 2025. These fees will apply to licenses expiring on or after this date, as well as to initial applications, change of ownership applications, and change of information applications submitted on or after July 1, 2025.
